At present, the profession has 57 teachers, including 12 professors (5 doctoral supervisors and 3 foreign teachers), 24 associate professors (4 foreign teachers), 21 lecturers (1 foreign teacher), 51 teachers with doctoral degrees, accounting for 89%, about 60% of teachers with more than one year of study abroad experience, and more than 80% of teachers with enterprise work experience; One national high-end foreign expert, one national level specially appointed expert, two thousand foreign experts in Zhejiang Province, one recipient of the Zhejiang Outstanding Youth Fund, five young and middle-aged academic leaders in Zhejiang Province universities, nine candidates for the Zhejiang 151 Talent Project, and two Qianjiang talents in Zhejiang Province.
l Teaching Platform
Based on the key disciplines of Mechanical and Electronic Engineering, provincial key laboratories, and provincial key construction experimental teaching demonstration centers in Zhejiang Province, we have established provincial university student practice bases, provincial teaching demonstration centers for mechanical engineering and automotive maintenance, and provincial research centers for digital design and manufacturing of key components in automotive transmission systems; Based on the nearly 250 million yuan project funded by the National Development and Reform Commission, the Rail Transit, Intelligent Manufacturing, and Modern Logistics Industry Education Integration Training Base has established the FANUC Robot Joint Laboratory, which is jointly built by Siemens Automation Group and Digitalization Group. At the same time, we are negotiating with several well-known foreign universities such as the Belarusian State Technical University and the Ukrainian State Technical University to establish a high-level experimental research center, and plan to form a complete talent joint training system of undergraduate master doctoral.

Adhering to the internationalization educational philosophy, an all English taught international class was established in 2014, with a total enrollment of 218 students (including 129 international students), and currently 52 students are enrolled; We have recruited a total of 20 international graduate students and currently have 6 students enrolled; At present, our major is in talks with over 20 internationally renowned universities regarding Sino foreign cooperative education.
